Engicam allows you to return a product if it is damaged or does not work correctly. You can check the cases in which return is excluded on the Return Policy page. The Engicam return policy does not affect your statutory rights and your Right of withdrawal.

At the end of the checking procedure by our team, you will receive a form with an RMA number.
